Introduction

MS Outlook 2016 for Mac & Outlook for Mac 2011 are designed especially for Mac OS users and it stores their data in Data Records Folder, which is different in case of Outlook for Windows that uses PST file format for their storage. a) Manual
The only manual method to export the OLM file into PST file is by using MS Exchange Server. The Outlook for Mac user needs to synchronize their OLM data with Exchange Server and if the data is available in mailbox, the Outlook Windows client can access the data by using either cached Exchange Mode or Online Mode. Now for exporting Mailbox data to an Outlook PST file, we need to use Export-Mailbox shell cmdlet from Microsoft Exchange PowerShell. This method may be very difficult for some users. Moreover, setting up an Exchange Server environment is not an easy task.

b) Third Party Tool
The other way to export the Outlook Mac OLM file in Outlook Windows PST file is by using a third party tool like Outlook Mac Exporter.
