Nowaday, problem of e-commerce (special in VietNam) often limited in providing, communicating information. A common problem is identifying legal information in e-commerce (ex: order online between two companies, online contract signing, using online billing ...)

Digital Signature applied for Web Application(DSEA) is an software product application in which the use of Digital signatures to serve legal authentication for online transactions. An order will get the official value when it collects all signatures of the involved parties involved. Upon the occurrence of the dispute, the digital signature associated with the invoice, the voucher will be an important element to solve the problem.
DSEA towards B2B model (Business to Business), focused response to transactions between enterprise together. The advantage of doing this in the current reality: the trend now is to use USB Token for online tax declaration. DSEA will take advantage of this factor for the development of the use of electronic signatures which are businesses for the purpose of online transactions.
