The project uses an SQL Database for the store.
There is an SQL script included in source control to create the DB and necessary DB objects.

There is one user created already -
User ID: admin
Pass: password


An html IDE proof of concept is in progress.
Using a treeview, questions/choices will be created and saved as decision trees in the system.
