If most of your work hours are spent in front of a Windows computer and your daily schedule is more or less routine, then this tool is for you. It is a simple utility that reminds you when it's time for break. Time can be either set at intervals in decimal hrs or by a list of hh:mm.

Non-intrusiveness is the key design objective. It alerts you via a balloon message above the system tray (typically at lower right corner of the desktop). The balloon disappears after a few seconds. No blocking message box pop ups, no buttons to click to dismiss. You can also choose to play a reminder sound.

Installation is a breeze because there is none. Just download a small file to your computer and click it to run. Or better yet, drag the downloaded file to Windows Start > All Programs > Startup so that it starts up automatically when you logs in and quit when you logs out.
