BOFC is a simple utility that can view the first, last or middle parts of a file.

Features include:

Select no of lines or % of file
Toggle word wrap for ease of reading.
Character position indicator to check fixed-width formats.
Convert commas to tabs to ease reading.
Add the header and/or footer line to a # number of lines to create a 'test' file.
Check the line termination characters (CR, LF) are correct.
Zoom in/out to get a better feel for the file.
