Updater utility to automate upgrade to new BlogEngine.NET version from previous.
  1. Download BeUpdater.exe (or build from source)
  2. Click to run (run as admin if you have security related issues)
  3. Select folder with your current BlogEngine 2.8 blog as "BE 2.8 Folder"
  4. Select folder with clean BlogEngine 2.9 website files as "BE 2.9 Folder"
  5. Click upgrade - files from 2.8 will be merged into 2.9 folder

At this point you can test it with your local IIS or Webmatrix and upload to your host.
