This is a pre-made template that you can make your app on just like making it in Windows Forms Application but this template was made with WPF Application.
plus all the aero API are taken care of so you dont need to set then aero affects.

How to install**
1. Download the zip file
2. move the .zip file to "C:\Users\"YourNameHere"\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Templates\ProjectTemplates"
if it does not work move the .zip file to
"C:\Users\"YourNameHere"\Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Templates\ProjectTemplates\Visual Basic"
where it says "YourNameHere" i mean your name that you have as your user name for the computer
plus the template only work for Vista or higher
because windows xp does not have aero
you dont need to go into the zip file to access it because its a template its just like you are making a new project in visual Sudio Basic
