Project Description

StemCellQC is a software toolkit that can non-invasively monitor cellular processes and make predictions about the health of pluripotent stem cell colonies. StemCellQC is fully-automated and does not require manual tracing for feature extraction. StemCellQC also contains tools to analyze, modify, and classify its extracted data.

StemcellQC is developed at the University of California, Riverside and is supported by an NSF IGERT grant in Video Bioinformatics.
