Simple workflow API in .Net

Yet another simple workflow in .Net. The primary goal is to provide an ultra-light workflow API.

Goals

1. Lightweight to the end
2. Easily extensible by another project's needs
3. Provide ability to reuse constructed workflow patterns

Note:

This should be considered Alpha stage.  Updates & 1.0 build to come over next couple weeks.
