Short URL Starter kit can be used to setup a website like

Whats In Version 1

For Users
Users Can Create Short URL
Users Can View Stats for the same
User Can choose Mask or Redirection Mode while Creating URL
User Can Choose Expiry date for URL

For Admin
Admin can delete the expired URLS
Admin can delete unused URL

Built on Asp.net 2.0
Uses Sqlite as DB
Support for Skinning as it uses a master page

User Management (Right now Anonymous users are supported only)
Admin User management (Right now user management done with web.config file settings)
