Send emails to a specific site user with a user-entered message.

Not alert, rather advise.

• Deploy and activate the solution. This adds a feature to the Site Features list.
• Activate the feature to bind the event receiver and create the columns on the list.
  
• Navigate to any list based on the Tasks template.
• Update an item in the list. At the bottom of the form are fields for sending advisory emails.
