Screen Record

Screen Record is a tool for screen capturing using AForge.NET library. It's based on a source code found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERbzPeevjS8

I've made some improvements to code:
- added region capturing option
- added mouse icon capturing
- added mouse clicks highlights

You can choose area for capturing:
1. Select area selection mode
