There are 5 browse modes to choose from:
The first time the program runs there will be no language to choose from. The list of languages must first be downloaded from the internet. At any time you can click the "Update Languages" button to download the latest list of languages from wol.jw.org. Once the languages are downloaded (which only takes a second, even on slow internet connections) the drop-down box just below the address bar will contain all the languages available for browsing. If you select a language from that box the appropriate page from wol.jw.org will be downloaded according to your browse mode (see above).
At this point you will be able to browse the page as you normally would. There should be no difference in navigation between this and other web browsers you may be accustomed to.
If you are browsing a page in Chinese, would like Romanization with it, and have the Romanization extensions, you can pick your preferred Romanization scheme from the drop-down box to the right of the box where you pick the language.
If you would like to download all the pages for a given language, you can simply pick your preferred language and then click the button "Download All Pages In Selected Language".
If you have issues, please report them at CodePlex. By doing so, it will be easier to track the issue all the way to resolution.
