This package has not been tested on versions of CRM prior to 2015.

Getting Started

1. First, download the managed package and install it.
2. In your Workflow, enter this utility as a Step.

Configuration

• Of the first four options, fill out one. The plugin will output the line items against the the Opportunity, Quote, Order or Invoice you specify here.
• Type - The type of the entity specified in the previous step. Allowed values:
  • opportunity
  • quote
  • salesorder (or order)
  • invoice
• Currency Precision - How many decimal points you want the currency values to display. For example, if you enter 2, currencies will be shown as $50.00. Default is 0.
• Quantity Precision - Like currency precision, how many decimal points you want the item to display. Default is 0.
• Currency Symbol - The symbol to precede currency values. Default is $.
• Bundle Headers - If this value is set to true, the output will include bundle headers and exclude its line items. If this value is set to false, the output will include all line items including those inside bundles without bundle information.

Using the Output

In a Workflow item, set Look For: to "Line Item Products to String" and "Consolidated Line Item Output." Then drop it in a text field.
