DELICIOUS Bookmark Utility

This project is being created to fill a need for a user interface to the Delicious Book mark site. This will allow a place for end users to keep with them anywhere all their bookmarks via an windows application. A generic library will be created to access the delicious API so that it can be accessed from any .NET supported device.

The ultimate goal is the following:
- Provide users a single interface to manage bookmarks for the IE browser.
- Provide a generic XML / RSS feed library for other projects
- Provide a SoC library for access to the Delicious API from any other .NET project
- Make this tool accessible from the desktop, IE plugin and Windows compatible phones
