Command line parameters:
    /S              Server name
    /D             Database name

   [/UID]         User ID
   [/PWD]       Password
                    User ID and password are optional. If not provided, integrated authentication will be used.

    /X             Either Input (use existing schema to recreate database) or Output (extract schema to files)
    /SQL         Filename containing sql for temporary stored procedure that will either export xml or process imported xml.
   /XML         Filename where exported xml should be placed or containing xml to be imported.
