This application sets up a connection to the Crm service and creates an account 'Fabrikam' in Crm.

I needed this application when I tried to conenct to Crm from SharePoint 2010 while I had ADFS configured. ADFS was blocking my connection to the Crm Services. I had to use the version 4 services in this case and the 2010 SDK was no use as SharePoint 2010 cannot handle .Net 4.

I thought I might as well share this application.
