Changes to the app you need to make to get it to work for yourself:

1. Get a free API key from http://api.wunderground.com/weather/api and use it in the URL in HomeController.cs file. (You can make 500 calls/day with your free key)
   
   
2. Enter your cities in this format in the Cities.xml file:
   STATE/CITY.xml  or
   COUNTRY/CITY.xml
   
   
3. Publish your app to your web host
   
   You can edit the app to display other weather stats
