This is an Outlook security measure which warns user if an external applications accesses it.
You need to disable this pop in outlook settings. Follow the instructions below:
1. Right click Microsoft Outlook exe and click "Run as Administrator"
2. Click File->Options
3. Click Trust center ->Trust Center Settings
4. Select "Never warn me about suspicious activity"
5. Click "OK"
6. Close Outlook and start normally.
- To add calendar events of Outlook calendar to Google calendar and remove any other events you have made or will make in Google calendar.
Select Outlook -> Google
- To add calendar events of Outlook calendar to Google calendar and maintain any other entries you make in Google calendar.
Select Outlook -> Google
Select 'Disable delete' on Settings->Calendars->Options (Select appropriate profile first)
- To add and update calendar entries from Outlook to Google and vice versa
Select Outlook <-> Google
- To update calendar entries for bidirectional sync based on last modified date stamp
Select 'Keep Last Modified version' on Settings->Calendars->Options (Select appropriate profile first)
