The 3D Viewer is a plug-in for MapWindow GIS, DotSpatial or HydroDesktop.
It can show a 3D view of any raster (grid) such as .bgd, .asc or .geoTiff terrain elevation raster.
It is based on the Mini 3D Terrain Viewer and uses the Microsoft DirectX technology.
