A simple Flash based 3D TagCloud WebPart for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010. Based on a built-in TagCloud WebPart & Cumulus plugin for WordPress.

It has same settings as standard TagCloud, but renders a nice 3D cloud.

Please note, that this webpart depends on the SharePoint tagging feature available only SharePoint Server 2010. So it will not work under SharePoint Foundation 2010.
